If you would like to put together your own group, you are most welcome to do so and contact me for a RELIABLE booking. You would have to pay for your own studio space. If you need a studio, please contact me and I will book one for you at the lowest price to fit your needs in Manhattan and Scarsdale, New York. there is no additional charge to book a semi-private or private class at my home studio. :0)

The beginner belly dance class is designed to introduce you to the basics of the dance while re-introducing you to your waistline, flexibility capabilities and sense of humor! ("You want me to move my hip how?")

Known for her sense of humor and relaxed style of teaching egyptian cabaret dance, Amira will get you through hip drops, circles and cool, sexy hip circles without a hitch.  Belly dancing is fantastic for your upper abs, legs and stamina.  Join her now!

All Beginner Levels Welcome!

What to wear? Top, stretch pants, no shoes. A hip scarf without coins at the beginning is optional. As you go along, you may want to wear a coin belt or "hip scarf" which is widely sold around Canal Street and Broadway at local shops. In the beginning, many students find it distracting.

Call for Availability & Home Studio Location. $35 per hour. Please contact Amira before clicking to pay so that she can schedule a date and time for your private or semi-private class. There is a 24-hour phone cancellation policy of private classes. No exceptions.
